Deceiving ads. While browsing Instagram I came across an ad for some Calcutta golf balls The ad was basically saying how good the golf balls are and that you can try a sleeve for free. Of course after making the order they say you have to pay for shipping, which I did for two sleeves of golf balls to try them out. Later I received an email with my receipt that also mentioned if I do not cancel my subscription to Swingbit I will have to pay the monthly fee. I tried to login and cancel but did not have any login info to do so nor did I believe I had actually signed up for a subscription. At this point I should have called Swingbit, but for whatever reason (busy, life) I did not. I later found out that Swingbit has in fact charged me $49.99 for a February subscription to their product (whatever the #$%& that is). I just called Swingbit to explain my situation, ensure this so-called subscription was cancelled and get my money back. They confirmed that my subscription was cancelled, but refused to refund my money. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they replied that none were on the floor and that even if they were, their policy is the same. No refund!
