Made my first redemption request and went smooth and fast! They formed me that I can’t use a credit card for redemption. I corrected the issue and added a debt card and my money came within 4 hours! Very impressed

Great platform!! Redemption was quick and easy. Took maybe 2-3 days to get to my account. Customer service was awesome! Nice game selection. I highly recommend. 👍👍

I must say that sweepstars has a fantastic library of games!! Unlike most casinos, they actually carry my favorite game provider (Platipus💚) so that is a HUGE plus in my book! :) My very 1st day on the platform, I was able to cash-out because it was paying me out like crazy!!! I loved it! Lol :p Oh!! & the best part???!!! I RECEIVED MY REDEMPTION IN UNDER 24HOURS!!!!!!!! $$$$ 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY recommend! :) 💯 Thank you Sweepstars!!!(:

Was skeptical at first but hit for 250 SC on Chicken Run. Reached out to support because I was confused about the card verification and James walked me through it. Got my reward in 2 days. Solid site.

I’m writing this in hopes the platform does the right thing. I love the platform it has a great and UI and interface are fantastic but the verification system and their inability to understand Apple Pay while allowing it to be a payment on their platform is truly disappointing. I’m writing this because I won a grand on this platform and they are refusing to pay me out because I used Apple Pay as a payment method! They’re trying to scam me out of my fairly won $12,000! Update: after them not being able to verify my Apple Pay due to my nickname being “Rick” (my full name is Ricardo) they went ahead and blocked my account not allowing me to redeem. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and I would never suggest this platform to anyone!!!! They’ll take your money no problem but refuse to pay out!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry for how distressing and disappointing this situation has been — especially after what felt like a significant win. We completely understand how upsetting this must feel from your perspective. Following a detailed Compliance review, inconsistencies were identified in the payment provider data, and unfortunately the information provided was not sufficient to confirm ownership of the payment method. As a result, a refund was issued back to the original payment method in line with our security and compliance procedures. Please know that decisions like this are never made lightly and are only taken after a thorough and careful review. We genuinely regret how frustrating and disappointing this outcome has been, and we truly understand the impact it has had on your experience. We know this is not the result you were hoping for, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience and concern it caused. While outcomes like this are typically final, if there is ever any possibility for reconsideration based on new or additional verified information, we will make sure it is addressed accordingly and without delay. We’re truly sorry again that your experience ended on this note and appreciate you sharing your feedback with us ⭐
