Terrible, dishonest operators
Canceled my first redemption request and banned my account. They claimed "terms of services violation" but I had only played legitimately. Support refuses to refund purchases. Chargebacks will be in order.

I paid for a feature 7 times and not once did any feature activate. This site is a scam do not deposit. I will be disputing all charges. Customer service is also fake as well as the 5 star reviews on this site.

Please don’t use this website. They really screwed me over and almost had to get my lawyer involved. I had won about 5,776 dollars on here but they didn’t let me cash out because I won it using the 20 dollars referral I used to get my friend to sign up. It was heart breaking they didn’t end up paying out and have that hidden rule. No other sweepstakes casino does that. This one does because they are a very small casino still. This is from a real genuine customer I had a very poor experience and this website will go through tooth and nail to not give you your earned money. Please go to another website.

Website doesn't let you cash out big wins. I won $1800 and when trying to withdrawal the support manager told me it was "promotional funds" and I would only to be able to redeem $140. Using the $140 I was told I could redeem I collected an amount greater than $5.7k when trying to withdrawl that amount my account became locked and the support manager told me that too was promotional funds and in order to cash out the $140 mentioned before I had to agree to drop the rest of the funds

Do not give this company your money, time, or personal information. My experience proves their business model relies on baiting customers with offers, then using a support team trained to deny, delay, and deceive until you give up. Here is the entire saga, in their own words: Phase 1: The Bait. After signing up, I was shown a Welcome Offer: 30k GC & 30SC for only $9.99. I saved a screenshot. Phase 2: The Incompetent Runaround. When the offer vanished and I contacted support, they immediately revealed they have no control or visibility over their own system. Agent Robert stated: "Without this information, unfortunately, we won’t be able to investigate your request in detail or determine whether there was an issue that would require us to restore the offer." After I provided the screenshot, Agent James moved the goalposts: "could you please send a screenshot of the actual email containing the offer? It should clearly show the date and time the email was received, as well as the recipient email address... Unfortunately, without this specific screenshot, we won’t be able to proceed with any additional investigation from our side." Phase 3: The Contradictory Backpedaling. Once I furnished the required screenshot, the story changed. They first tried to blame it on a timer, then dropped this gem about how their system works: "Please keep in mind that offers are automatically generated by the system and can vary depending on different dynamic factors. This means that available promotions may differ between players, and not every offer will be available for every account." Let's be clear: They admit their system autonomously generates offers for players, states that no central log exists. This is their excuse for why an offer can disappear. But it's also the perfect setup for the next phase: denying reality. Phase 4: The Blatant Gaslighting. After "review" by their "specialist," the final answer arrived. They looked at the screenshot of the offer their system generated and declared: "After reviewing the information, specialist confirmed that the specific type of offer you were asking about does not exist and is not available on our platform." "After checking your request and the screenshot you provided, they confirmed that this specific offer does not exist in our system and is not an available promotion." Read that again. They are looking at proof of the offer and stating it does not exist. This isn't a mistake; it's a policy. If they have no logs (as they mentioned), they can just deny anything. Phase 5: The Patronizing Brush-Off. Rightfully annoyed, I called out the lie. The final response wasn't an apology or a resolution—it was a command to be quiet, wrapped in fake concern: "I kindly ask that we continue our conversation in a respectful and calm manner... I wish you a wonderful day and hope you take care of yourself." The Conclusion & Warning: Sweepstars' support protocol is clear: Ask for impossible or redundant proof. Blame a mysterious, unlogged "system." Deny the existence of documented facts. Dismiss you with polite, automated phrases when you protest. If they will brazenly deny a promotional screenshot, what do you think happens when you have a legitimate dispute over a real cash withdrawal? You will be told your winnings "do not exist in our system." Save yourself the time & headache. Avoid Sweepstars completely. Their platform is built on sand, and their word is worthless. (I have the complete email thread, including all the quoted responses above, available for anyone who doubts this timeline.) This place is a lost cause, here it is a month later and they’re still sending me marketing emails. Good luck getting through to any humans. Bunch of greedy scum and their dumb Ai running the whole show. 🙄🙄

Stay away from this site. I have literally used about 300 sweepstake casinos and can tell you without a doubt they are the worst. I was quickly verified won and went to redeem the only options are gift card or debit card only problem was there was nowhere to enter my debit card info. It says you can save debit card when you use one to purchase which I did. Go to make another purchase sure enough there is my save debit card. So basically I could only withdraw to a gift card. Customer service was no help. Once again there are hundreds of better sweepstake sites than this one. STAY AWAY!! Update: in regards to their response below they asked for a selfie holding the card and bank account statement with the full number of the card on it. I have provided my account statement before not a problem even have it saved in files on my phone for this reason like I said I am experienced with sweep sites but my statement doesn’t have the card number on it only my checking account number linked to the debit card so that wasn’t an option. Also the rep said “ I will pass the information to the relevant department and my colleagues will do their best to resolve the issue.” not even a guarantee it would get resolved. Do not be fooled by this site they are the worst of 300+ you could use!! Another Update: sweepstars flagged my review for containing defamatory content good news trustpilot assessed the content flagged by the business and determined that it's not defamatory

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience with the redeem process left you feeling frustrated. We reviewed your conversation with our support team and saw that you reached out regarding manually linking your debit card. Our agent provided the instructions needed so we could assist with completing the process, but unfortunately we never received a follow-up response from you. We’d also like to clarify that making another purchase was never required. Since your card had not been linked for redeem previously, our team was ready to manually add it for you instead. We simply needed a few details from you to complete the process, but unfortunately we never received a response after providing the instructions. We genuinely wanted to help resolve this for you and regret that we weren't able to do so. Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we're sorry that your time with Sweepstars left you with this impression ⭐ Update: Thank you for taking the time to provide an update. We’re sorry that this situation has continued to be frustrating for you. We would, however, like to clarify a few important points. At no point did we ask you to provide the full number of your debit card. Our instructions specifically request that only the last four digits remain visible, while all other sensitive card information should be covered for your security. Additionally, the bank statement you mentioned would have been perfectly acceptable in PDF format. Unfortunately, we never received the requested documents, so we were unable to proceed with manually linking your card. We'd also like to clarify that when our agent explained they would forward the information to the relevant team, this was not intended to suggest that your request would simply be left unresolved. Once the requested documents are received and successfully verified, our team works to manually link the card and complete the process. We genuinely wanted to assist you, but we were unable to move forward without the required information.
