Hands down the best website that fights for its users. Had issues with one of the casinos and the staff did an amazing job of helping me get my payout. Highly recommended, I use sweepsguard everyday!

If you play online sweeps casinos, this is where you start. Period. The nature of sweeps being what it is, the legal backbone of protections for us players is thin at best. But the next best thing, if not better, is a watchdog, who tells it like it is, and does the hard work of compiling massive amounts of information to help everyone stayed informed. Because let's be real here, we all know going in that the house always wins, but that doesn't stop some from trying to take even more than their fair share, and Sweepsguard levels the playing field back to where it should be. I could go on and on about all the different ways we benefit from Sweepsguard doing what it does, but I'll just say this - they are a requirement. If you dont check "the guard" ( I just came up with that 😎) first before playing, youre only hurting yourself. This is all me. I got no other reason to post this other than I have personally benefited in my life from them putting in the work. Thats a rare thing nowadays , and I feel its necessary to say publicly- thank you !

Noah, that is a better description of the job than anything on our own about page. You have got the reason right. The legal protections are thin, so the next best thing is somebody doing the reading and saying plainly what they found. It stays free and it stays independent. That part is not changing. Couldn’t get cider casino to communicate with me on why I wasn’t getting my redemption, tried chat, email and phone, no reply’s, for 9 days I tried. Got SweepsGuard involved, sent them copies of emails, chat screen shots, redemption approval screen shot. Within a couple days Cider Casino replied to everything, told me they didn’t have my verification and I explained you have to have that before the system will take the redemption, but I would be happy to do it again but there’s no way to access the verification info. Never got a reasonable explanation so decided I would cancel the redemption, then the $500 went back on my game, so I started a replacement redemption. It went through the verification and showed “processing” same as the first try. But this time the casino sent me a message and verified it was approved and after review would be paid. Got up this morning and checked my bank and there it was a deposit for $475. I honestly attribute the success in collecting to SweepsGuard. Thanks to Mike at SweepsGuard for all the research and work he did to get me paid. Awesome place, amazing people.

Worth repeating for anyone reading this: a week of your emails had been bouncing off a support address that was one letter wrong, so you were not being ignored so much as not reaching anybody. Working that out is half the job. Thanks for coming back to update this after you got paid. Most people do not. This is a fair description of what we are trying to be, and the arbitration point is the one most people miss. Those clauses are written to make a few hundred dollars not worth chasing.
