It says instant redemptions but going on 14 hours waiting for my first redemption. I've emailed them twice and they haven't responded at all.

Per their instructions, I attempted to link my personal, verified OnPoint Credit Union bank account using both manual entry and Plaid. Every single time, the system authorizes the credentials but throws a red "An unexpected error occurred" banner at the final step. I have a 100% verified KYC profile. I have sent multiple emails to them detailing this platform glitch, and they have completely gone silent. They are intentionally holding 900 SC of my legitimate winnings hoping I will play it back. Disgraceful. Pay me my money.

The last two reviews of this place are good. Now I am not doubting those but I’d like to inform of my most recent experience so others do not get there hopes up. I reached out three days ago asking for probably the 25th time where my money is. “ After reviewing your account, we are unable to locate any pending redemption request at this time” … April 13th guys, $1811. Thankfully the transaction is still posted as pending on my account. Ill report back

I purchased a $60 package with 150 Sweepstakes Coins and received an additional 20 Sweepstakes Coins through a valid referral bonus. I played fairly and increased my balance to about $162. As soon as I requested my redemption, my account was blocked without a clear explanation. I lost access to my account, my balance, and my winnings. At the very least, I expect a refund of my $60 deposit. Very disappointing experience.

Would give no stars if I could honestly, first lied about withdrawals being instant, so I deposited 20$ and ended up flipping it to 120$ and withdrew on the Sunday of last week, it is now Wednesday and I still have nothing.
