I put in a redeem request on 7/29 and im still waiting on money that i won that i really need right now. With the continued excuse that they have a lot of requests right now. Nothing takes this long and its crazy. I will update my review if I get my money but at this point I'm starting to really doubt that's ever going to happen.

Still waiting on $200 redemption since Aug 20 (ID: lunchbox79) I put in a $200 redemption request back on August 20, 2026, on Sweep Las Vegas. It has been three weeks now, which is way past the usual processing time. My verification documents were all accepted, but every time I email customer service, I just get the same copy-paste response saying redemptions are "in the payment queue." Nothing changes and I still haven't received my money. I'm posting this here so management can check my account directly and release the payment. When I deposited on this site they had zero issues and the payment processed instantly. Now that I finally won and wish to redeem it's seemingly impossible, makes zero sense and séma like this site is a total SCAM!! I submitted a redemption for $160 on June 13th and here we are almost 3 months later and it's still pending! I have reached out to support countless times and they always tell me "your redemption is in the queue, and will be paid as soon as possible" Pretty much have given up hope at this point. Hopefully by writing this review * can stop someone else from making the same mistake. Avoid this site at all costs, there are plenty of trustworthy sites out there that won't rip you off like these guys. I seriously can't believe they are still in business. What they are doing is %100 criminal and they should be behind bars for a long time. I hope eventually they learn their lesson and have to pay for the dispicable crimes they've committed. Or at the very least actually pay all these people the money you owe them. What goes up must come down and they can't get away with this forever. Karma will get them in the end, and * can't wait to see it happen. okay finally rant over, have a nice day, fellow victims 😂

They don't pay. Redemption request for $200 MAY 2ND it's now August 28th. About 4 months ago. Every single email I sent I get the same bot response every time. Find what state they're in and contact the attorney general and file complaint with the FTC too. Shut these scammers down.

My redemption is still sitting in pending. I bought a package after I signed up before reading reviews and won enough to cash out but as others have said it looks like they’re not gunna pay 😡
