Talk about rising to the occasion! The team at Sweat from Home is enthusiastic, encouraging, and professional. I have used them for private corporate classes for work. Each class has been an incredible workout and a fun way to get our employees together virtually. The SFH team has been extremely responsive making the booking process a breeze! Shout out to Coach Kyle and Coach Alex for spreading positive energy during these uncertain times. This platform is so great and gives the feeling of being back in the studio with your favorite instructor.

Fantastic variety of classes, great instructors who are positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. Classes are challenging, but go by quickly. They're not repetitive and totally accessible for all levels. Vast schedule also offers great flexibility.

Literally you will have a great sweat at home at the pace of your home!!! Their online features and exercises are a real burning sensation of all fats stored in your body. This pandemic was not a hindrance, we stayed at home and we were healthy!

Sweat from Home is the best way to get your workout in during these times! There are a variety of coaches - all of whom are excellent - and a variety of classes, which means there's something for everyone. This platform has truly kept me active in 2020 and I could not be more thankful!
