Dear Cindy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your client's recent trip to India. We are sorry to hear that you were not entirely pleased with the service you received on this occasion, and that your clients incurred additional expenses while traveling. Our normal recommendation for travelers wishing to experience the Camel Fair in Pushkar is to stay two nights, so clients do not feel as if they are rushed, seeing as there is so much activity at the fair. We do realize that every traveler is different and appreciate that the Girdleys felt the one night was sufficient. Please accept our sincere apologies for not notifying you at the time the itinerary alteration was made as you should have been apprised of the situation immediately.
