I wouldn't recommend this brand. Your watch will probably spend more time in your warehouse for warranty claims than on your wrist. My watch is currently in your warehouse for the second time because the date wheel shifts and becomes misaligned every time I move my hand. They failed to fix the issue the first time, and the same problem returned. The watch cost me around PKR 12,000–13,000, yet they offer neither a refund nor a replacement. It's been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Buy it once, then be prepared to keep filing warranty claims for the rest of its life.

I recently ordered a Sveston smartwatch, and I must say I’m impressed! The watch looks great, and the packaging was sleek and secure. What stood out the most was the incredibly fast delivery. Overall, a great experience with both the product and service. Highly recommended!
