Ordered $300 plus supply part. Saw it went through. Heard nothing for over a week. After two emails to them and going online to write on their site, I called. They said they saw my emails and were checking with ‘the warehouse’. No response telling me that and they don’t know if they have it. Yet they sold it to me saying it ships in 2-3 days. Waiting to hear back but not optimistic.

I didn't have any trouble while purchasing some toilet paper in here and that experience was great.
