Don't get me wrong...these are very nice socks! My only drawback is they are insanely expensive and kind of need special care to keep them in good shape w/o shrinking etc.

Suri Alpaca Socks was founded to solve a simple problem: most socks aren’t built for long days, cold ground, and real use. We design performance alpaca socks for people who work outside, hunt, hike, travel, or spend hours on their feet - often in tough conditions. Our socks are made with premium alpaca fiber sourced from Peru, the natural home of the alpaca. Alpaca is naturally warm, breathable, moisture-regulating, and odor-resistant, making it ideal for cold mornings, long shifts, and multi-day wear. We blend alpaca with technical fibers for durability, stretch, and a secure performance fit that stays in place all day.Suri socks are knit in North Carolina by experienced sock manufacturers, combining high-quality materials with generations of textile expertise. Every design is focused on function first: reinforced heel and toe zones, targeted cushioning, and comfort that holds up over time.We believe great products should speak for themselves. That’s why we stand behind every pair with a straightforward guarantee and responsive customer support. Whether you’re standing still in freezing weather or putting in a full day on the job, Suri Alpaca Socks are built to perform when it matters most.

I really like these socks. They are comfortable, not hot at all and really help alleviate the swelling in my legs. After 2 weeks they are already getting rather thin at the big toe so I am not sure about the longevity of them. Time will tell if they are worth the money or not.

A little difficult to get on the first time, but that meant they were nice and snug and effective. They didn't feel too tight or hot or restrictive or uncomfortable for the whole 8 hours I wore them. Feet and legs felt good afterwards.

The compression socks I purchased are very soft, pretty easy to put on and I love the cushion in the feet. I do wish I had got the larger size as sometimes these will fall down. I guess the next order will be the larger size.

Not as comfortable as my Hollow crew socks. The jury is still deliberating their longevity.

I wore one pair all felt good with exception of top of the sock a little too tight.

Wow, what a great sock. My feet sweat terribly, and even the wool socks get wetand then cold. So far, my Alpaca socks have kept my feet warm and dry. I have purposely been trying to cause sock failure, but after almost a month, I am seeing very little wear. Looking forward to what the next week brings.

The socks perform as advertised. Feet stay warm and dry. They're a little uncomfortable in shoes and slippers, but that should be expected due to the thickness.
