Horrible, horrible customer service, terrible program full of contradictions that they can't speak to, they point the finger at the test. They do not explain any material, you'll need to piece it all together yourself. Extremely disappointed, the Google LLM does a better job of explaining the rationale 8/10 times.

I have been using Surgent for EA and CPA exam. Sometimes their explanations, for a question, are not very thorough and provide little insight into what they are trying to say. It is recommended you watch their videos, however, not all professors sound like they know what they are talking about. They just read brief tidbits off a slide without providing any real information. The best part of Surgent is their ReadyScore and test bank. So overall, it is a great tool that provides practice exams so that you can go into your exams prepared and confident.
