Awful experience. After waiting for months for my picture to arrive, I opened the package to find it was the wrong print. Like not even close to what I ordered. I contacted surffactor and lodged a ticket and have never heard back despite many follow up emails. These guys are scammers do not waste your money.

Ordered a picture from these guys it never turned up and they ignore My emails for a refund. I left comments on their Facebook pictures and they blocked me. Don’t buy from them it’s a scam

I ordered (and of course paid for ) jewelry about 5 weeks ago and still haven't received . I have filed 3 tickets via email which is their only contact and have not received a reply . This is absolutely unacceptable! I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau!

My order hasn't arrived for almost 3 months. No one will contact me. I can't track the item. I can't even get my money back. These guys suck!

Absolutely dreadful service! The item was supposed to take 4-6 weeks for delivery but took 2 months. Representatives were very hard to contact and unhelpful when I managed to communicate with one via email. The quality of the product is extremely poor. This "art" is WAY overpriced! It's something you would find in a college dorm room for $50 max. That's being generous.
