I have ordered from many sites, although because i was looking for a specific supplement i had to order from Suppz.com (no availability from other sites). Was happy seeing my country listed on your website which meant that it was ok to shipp to Mozambique. Couple of hours after ordering received emails saying my order was cancellled because you've never shipped to Moz and you didnt knw how local customs w'd handle the ordered supplements?!?!? Well, i replied saying that this is my country and i knw the rules that you could ship without any concerns, despite this and other explanations my order was indeed cancelled and refund was done to my credit card. Very sad with your service. Fortunately there are other online shops available and my order is due to arrive soon.

I have been waiting since the 6th and today is the 13th. I want my product or a refund.

To help others make better choices, I would suggest not investing in this company due to the fact that they don't have a money back guarantee. Their products didn't live up to their advertisement. I typically don't even bother writing reviews but I feel the need to share my experience to future buyers. I must warn you, be a smart shopper. Every dollar you spend should go to a good cause. For example, when purchasing these products, you are investing your hard earned money in hopes of receiving energy, appetite suppression or whatever it is you are looking for. I purchased the "Thermobombs" which promised alertness, appetite suppression, mental focus and last but not least, energy. I am not new to these kind of pills so this review isn't created from ignorance. It was recommended to start off with one pill which would be effective for 15 hours after consumption. The first day, I only took digested one pill... Nothing happened. So the second day, I consumed two pills and nothing happened. This product is a joke... I immediatly contacted them with the email that was provided on the site and informed them their product wasn't working at all and that I wanted a refund or an exchange to a different product that would statisfy my wants as a customer. They didnt do anything about my issue and told me that they don't expect opened items and that I should go contact the original manufacture for a refund. What sense does that make for me to contact the manufacture if the business was between me and this company. You wouldn't contact the CEO of McDonald's if your food wasn't made right. You would go back to the store and ask for a refund of a different item. I'm going to keep it short, don't waste your money.
