I mostly deal with another site for my supplements i thought i would give suppz a try heres how it went. The order process was the usually experince pick your items and checkout. Delivery was in a timely manner considering i live in L.A. MY order was for 1 5lbs of whey protein and 2 containers of black labs angel dust pre workout. I open the box and a big smoke cloud hits me in the face after the smoke clears I notice that 1 of my containers of pre workout has the lid off and the seal broken and the powder is all over the inside of the box. The packing was terrible barely any cushioning and the invoice in the box looks like the printer ran out of ink i couldnt read anything. The exterior of the box didnt have any major signs of damage. Hopefully they can correct what happened and earn my business again awaiting a respone.

I have bought an optimum bcaa in 2014. It didn't arrived in my residence. Suppz recommended me to wait 2 months. After that period I couldn't be refund by PayPal. Since that, suppz tells me to wait the bcaa return to usa. Conclusion: They can't guarantee the delivery!!! Don't lose your money!

I never received my product. When I called about my order I was sent to voicemail and I never received a call back. So, I don't have anything good to say about suppz.com.

7 days After I paid my order, I contact Suppz wandring if they shipped my order, shortly after that Suppz answerd that they can not shipp to Sweden and the order has been cancelled. I think that this comes too late

I ordered my products over a week ago and have not recieved them. In talking with someone about this... Kathy on chat she said that since I got free shipping it can take 7-9 days. My order qualified for free ship due to the $$ I spent! So still no products. Dissatisfied!!

Ordered some of my favorite supplements from this company instead of other companies because there was a good bundle package from suppz, however I bought it, but I have no products. I have nothing else to say but I have no products in my hands.
