Ordered a product and was satisfied with the process - great site. I received an order confirmation immediately. 2-days later I received notice my order would ship. Then I was emailed a SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION with a TRACKING number. The next day I was informed the product was out of stock and I received a full refund. Backed me up 5 or 6 days and just felt backwards. How was a tracking number assigned to a box, before it was packaged. Just very odd and ended with disappointment. Refund was perfect, and service was nice, just didn't understand the process.

No communication. Emailed me and said order was shipped on 12/17. Email on 12/23 saying it actually shipped. 6 days to ship a small order? Horrible.

Ordered product and paid for expedited 2-day shipping and product has never arrived after seven days -very disappointed in this company; they have my money and I still have no product.

Prudect that i buy 2 week ago dosent ship to me yet. the customer service dosent answer to mail and to the vontact page!!!

On October 14th I received a refund notice that provided zero detail as to why I was being issued a refund. I emailed the address provided for inquiry and never received an email back. I had to take time out of my work day to call your customer service and spoke with Kathy who after placing me on hold to speak with her supervisor, was very nice and explained it was a system anomaly and she personally took my order down again and promised to honor the same price as before. An hour later Derek "D-rock" Freymiller sends me an unprofessional email stating hey we're sorry but that price is wrong the actual price is 60 (even though Kathy had just said otherwise) but to make up for it here is a 10% discount. He then told me, "Also, if you do make another order send me your order number and I will make sure your package gets hooked up with a ridiculous amount of swag to make up for the inconvenience." I replied back to both him and Kathy expressing my frustration but have yet to receive a reply. That was two days ago. This morning I sent a follow up email asking why they hadn't responded and requested a refund notification if nothing else. That was 4 hours ago. I still haven't received a reply or refund notification. I don't understand how your team can punish the consumer for an internal error. Great customer service means holding up to promises. A ten percent discount in no way makes up for me having to cancel a large order. This was my first experience with suppz.com and it was so disappointing I think it will be my last. Regards, Jared

You refunded the amount of my command without explanations and I do not know if I must remake a command!

I made a purchase on the site (order #100197883) and I can't access my account, I send emails and they say that I didn't create an account. Please solve this.

I ordered a product waited a full week and the got an email telling me my money would be refunded, no explanation whatsoever about why my product wasn't shipped, my friend ordered same product and hers was shipped next day, I'm still waiting for my refund,,,,, not happy with this company at all and would never recommend them Tammy
