I order my package 11 days ago still haven't received it. The review email comes before the package.

I made an order and put free samples in with my product and they didn't send any. I also have a coupon code that has a limited time to use and it WONT work at all and they sent me the coupon code themselves.

i have mixed feelings on my first experience using Suppz.com. First- the deal was great (2 for 1 musclepharm assault), which led me to using the site. However, there were two small issues I had- receiving the shipment was an issue- for some reason, the driver tried to make a direct delivery to my apartment and not the mailroom. Perhaps in the future, let the team know proper protocols. Second, I requested a sample with my order, but I never received it! I love trying samples as I am always looking for a new product that helps, but was disappointed that I didn't receive it.

I placed an order for a few items which were very competitively priced. Since I've used suppz.com several times, I decided to go back. I got an email the following day saying my order had shipped with a tracking number. Great! Later that day, I got a call while I was at work so I couldn't pick up. It was someone from their customer service saying that the flavor I chose was out of stock and to choose another. As it was later in the day when I heard the message, I just replied to my email I had with them and the tracking number. I explained my displeasure about the out of stock flavor that I still had the option to choose when ordering (not to mention the fact it said it already shipped when it had actually not...I understand that just the label was created though) and let them know an alternate flavor. I didn't receive any reply from customer service about this so I really had no clue if they got it or not. I see the tracking information update a day or 2 later so I know it had shipped at that point. I'd normally rate 5/5, but this 1 transaction was a minor hiccup (very minor). I'll continue using suppz.com in the future and plan to rate 5/5 going forward.

I've been ordering from suppz for almost a year and I always bragged to everyone and recommended suppz to everyone because of their super fast shipping! I usually got my order in about 2 days. My last couple of orders have taken a full week and j haven't received the follow up I have grown to expect. I am an Amazon prime member and think I may start ordering from them because of the 48 hour guaranteed shipping. A little disappointed!!

Thats the only thing I wanna complain about. I have been waiting for so long for my packages to arrive. I know its free shipping, but it is much better to have my packages as soon as possible, such as 3-5 days. Btw today my packages will finally arrive.

I now see why this was buy one get one free. When I opened the pre-workout that I've been using for a long time, it was very old looking. Looks like it was stored in a humid environment for some time & when it needed to get off the shelves, the company did a buy one get one free promotion. Problem is, I've been using it & it doesn't have the same effect. I actually don't feel any more energetic after taking it like I normally feel. So cheaper isn't aleaus better. Now I have to go to the store & pay more because I need one that works. I've been using the ones I received from Suppz, but I'm getting pretty fed up now & am thinking about trying to send them back. Not a satisfied customer right now.

I made a purchase and returned my request. I'm waiting for months and had no solution to my problem.
