First time I had my payment rejected by the system because they considered my payment as a fraud (It was not my first time buying from the site). I had to implore to get my products. Second time I made an order # 100167554. Now I receive an e-mail saying that my payment was refund. You did that without any explanation, I was waiting for the products for more than 2 weeks and now I receive that information. I think you must treat better and with more respect your clients. hello good afternoon. I bought a product of VPX Zero CARBO SRO 4.4lbs. I received this product yesterday 05/12 day and noticed that has no validity. I would like the Suppz send me another product. I demand that you replace the product that has no expiration date.

I ordered back on 10/20, with a "2-5 day expected shipping". Well, it's 10/27, a week later, and Im still waiting for a confirmation email that my order has been shipped. Enough said,

I ordered my supplements 8 days ago and they still say they are in Illinois, I live in California. This is insane. I ordered 1 4lb. Combat, 1 Amino Energy 30 Serving, and 2 boxes of Quest bars. They called me a day later saying that the flavor I chose was out of stock and was wondering if I wanted a different one. I was also very disappointed with the person on the phone because j could barely understand what they were saying because of all their coughing and sniffing. If you're sick stay home! I normally use Bodybuilding.com but wanted to try you guys out, I'm definitely going back to bodybuilding.com after this purchase comes in. Overall just a bad experience.

This was my first time ordering from suppz and the free shipping was what won me over. When my package arrived there was a white powder that all over the inside of my box and on my protein container (It smelled like vanilla protein). I also purchased Modern BCAA and the powder was a bit chunky upon opening the container

Shipping was slow even though I paid extra for expedited. Tracking link did not work and no free shirt even though my order was over $99. This was my first order and I am disappointed

I ordered my gat product on Friday night thinking that processing would go on Saturday along with billing and shipping. (Also after paying the extra amount of shipping for two day priority) I didn't recieve any confirmation on shipment until Monday after I had already said something through email. I feel as though if you are a shipping industry, especially with USPS working on Sunday's now, Saturday would be a ship out day. I felt like I wasted the shipping $13 or so and probably won't be going back.

I placed an order with 2 day shipping, but received my package 5 days later... I also added the free samples, but received none.
