The expiration date is shown on the product page. That was the reason it was buy 1 get 1 free. I would like to ask that you please update your review as this was not a mistake on our part.

A you noted via e-mail my order was shipped on Feb 26th and. With $8 dollars shipping fee should have been here by now. Also, I have not yet to be able to use tracking number.....always unavailable.

With International shipping it can take 4-6 weeks sometimes with customs regulations. Also check with your local post office and they might be able to assist you. If still having issues please email us at [email protected].

Part of my order arrived in damaged/unusable shape. Ended up throwing the product away and customer service will not send a replacement because I did not take a picture of the product. Lesson learnt just stick with Amazon and Bodybuilding.com who can actually do things right.

Sorry about your poor experience. It is standard that you provide some sort of proof of damage to receive a refund. Most retailers require this.

I received my package quite quickly, but my package envelope had been opened and the seal on my supplements was not sealed. The lid fell off in my hand. I called the customer service number, left a message and never received a call back

I ordered protein from these guys, and after a week of not seeing the product ship I contacted customer service. At that point I was told that hey didn't actually have the product in stock. I had to be transferred to 6 people before someone was capable of helping me in any way. The people employed at Suppz.com are a joke. Finally I got someone who promised to refund my money. That was a week ago, and I am still waiting for any sort of a refund. As of right now they charged me $90, gave me no product, and have not provided any refund. Isn't that the definition of an online scam?

This is a gross overreaction. I just checked your order and it was two business days between when you placed your order and when it was cancelled. If you would have waited your product would have been shipped out that same day. We had already sold out of the product since it was such a great sale and were waiting for a shipment to come in. I'm sorry you had a poor experience and hopefully we can make up for it someday.
