Love this company. Lots of options to choose from. And very friendly staff. Just wish they had a options to have the package droped off instead of it needing to be sign for. I work 3rd shift and when I'm sleep the drivers calls and ring my bell. This wakes me up every time. After work and the gym I just want to sleep. Not have to wake and sign for a package.

I made a mistake when ordering and got the wrong flavor. I immediately clicked the customer support tab to talk live to an employee. I told the employee that I accidentally ordered the wrong flavor and gave them my order number and name. I told them I wanted Cake Batter flavored Optimum Nutrition instead of Double Chocolate from Optimum Nutrition. He said he would get it switched immediately, long story short I have double chocolate that I just received.

Sample package would place together in a bag would be awesome - We dont know what does these transfer companies does to the box (my sample broke open all over the box) Not your fault but would be awesome if they all together :) 5 stars service

I just got my box with stuff. I loved the free samples but the sample I paid for came damaged. The shaker cup is cracked all the way through. Unusable. Although this is unfortunate, the company has stepped up and said they would send me a new shaker cup. For that I am happy. Although one of the samples is expired, that is ok tho cause I don't think I would have liked it any ways. Over all pretty cool company.

First time consumer, probably will order from suppz.com again in the future, really good prices/discounts, good selection. Easy to navigate website is always a plus. They also send you free samples with your Purchases, while I didn't receive any samples i did receive a brand new shaker bottle. In regards to the samples, this is why they get a decent rating, i emailed them about my recent purchase after I found out they give samples, I never received a response in regards. One thing suppz can improve on is their customer service/email response team. Other than that I have no complaints good company, good deals.

Great service. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I had 2 day shipping and it took 4 days

Shipping was fast, products are great. Just wish when you purchase the grab bag that they sent a variety of different items instead of all pre work outs and 1 or 2 samples of protein.
