I never recieved a confirmation email, shipping email, or any notification about my order.. I couldn't log in to my account immediately after my order was placed, got an error message for 3 days. I sent an email regarding my order status/confirmation, since my card was charged, but never got a response. On the 4th day my login worked, saw my order it said delivered(feb9 at noon), that day was feb 9 at night.. My package showed up on the 11th. Great prices, this isn't the first time ordering from suppz,last time was awesome, just really confused through the whole process this time:/

I did not receive my free sample's

I ordered two of the buy one get one free MusclePharm Assault and since my purchase was over $50, shipping was free. My package was shipped promptly and arrived three days later, but all four of the products were solid. They were all hard as a rock, and I had to use a knife to try and break it down, but after hacking at the solid mass for 20 minutes there were still huge, hard rock-like chunks. I

Processing taking to long. Ordered one day next day Sent payment out it's been over 2 weeks and still never received order

Although products are a dollar or two cheaper, the s&h fees are ridiculous. Suppz.com has poor follow-ups. First and last time I purchase anything from this site.

I do not know if the problem is in Brazil, because my merchandise not yet arrived and already makes almost three months.

Shipping took forever. When package arrived didn't have the free samples and tshirt as advertised.
