I ordered a sampler thinking I would receive a variety of supplements instead I received 1 protein sample, 1 testosterone booster, and 10 pre-workout energy boosters. I understand these are free samples but was hoping for a better variety that illustrated suppz product line.

Well i just wanted to point out that my order is taking forever to receive. I dont see why it should take this long, other then that i recieved no help online or whatever, the phone call i recieved the day after my order was purchased. The operator waa generous. All in all ordering prt and stuff is ok, receiving is taking foreve

First of all...I have yet to receive my order. I'm sure the problem is the fact that snail mail was used to ship my order. I would think that paying for freight would mean shipping via UPS or FEDEX. I'm sorry to any USPS workers this might offend...but I am just not pleased with the timing of anything that has ever been shipped via USPS.

Sempre compro no suppz, mas uma de minhas encomendas foi devolvida indevidamente para eles e não me deram resposta alguma, já entrei em contato varias vezes e nada de me responder.

Paid extra for 1-2 day shipping - it still took a week to get delivered. Other than that, my order was exactly what I wanted, at a good price.

Ok, order placed on 11/24, Suppz charged my account immediately. A week later, still no shipment, no tracking notices, nothing; ergo a phone call to Suppz customer support... Where I'm informed that the order was "placed on hold by the anti-fraud department." Huh? Why? I'm a returning customer, used the same purchase method. This makes no sense to me. Apparently this is why I did not receive order tracking emails. So it took me calling to find out what happened to my order. Well the anti-fraud department did not hold off on charging my debit card, did they? This is lame and its no way to conduct an online mail order business. I should have received a notice or an explanation or something. I think I deserve an explanation as to why this order was "held" by the "anti-fraud department".

I order frequently from Suppz.com. At least once monthly. I have always been impressed by your customer service, how you used to give free t-shirts with large purchases, and fast shipping. T-shirt giveaways went away some time ago. Shipments take a little longer to arrive. The last order I placed a week ago and still hasn't showed up. I didn't even hear there was a problem until I inquired a week later. Starting to get the idea that you are getting too big to continue the good service.

Taking forever to get here, I ordered 6 days ago so I can't really give feedback on the supplements yet.
