My last 2 orders have been several days late with no notification from customer service. The latest order has an incorrect item, but customer service can only be reached from 8 to 5 CST. I liked the idea of free 1-2 shipping, since I'm in Iowa, but Bodybuilding.com has a warehouse in Wisconsin as well. They always deliver within 2 days and have never messed up an order.

Have yet to receive product or tracking

Was sent an email from Suppz.com that products with DMAA were going up. They gave this reason saying that was why they were increasing their prices on DMAA products. The email stated "Just add any of the select non DMAA products below to your cart and get 20% off instantly!' Then they listed categories such as fat burners you could click on. This is very MISLEADING!! So obviously bought several of my fat burners believing Suppz.com would eventually run out. When I did not see the 20% come off my order, I called customer service. She told me to take a snapshot of the email, send it to customer service with my order # and the amount would be deducted off the bill. If she had listened and looked into my question, she could of notified me of the confusion. Then I would have NOT ordered from Suppz.com and purchased from either of the 2 other sites I found the SAME product CHEAPER !! I relied on Suppz.com giving me the best price since I had been a customer for a long time. Even if I had gotten the 20% off the Hydroxyelite from Suppzcom, it still would of been "more expensive." Supplement Warehouse had the fat burner cheaper even coming with a free product AND a military discount. Best Nutrition also had the fat burner cheaper AND came with a military discount. Sad using misleading tactics on long time loyal customers. . .

I bought my products on october 2th, but they shipped my product only on october 6. So, in the website says that " FREE 2-5 Business Days $0.00 Flat Rate' So this take more than 2-5, so i just will recieve the items on october 10. I'm super disappointed with your delivery service I send two e-mails and they took so long to respond me. I will never buy anything from SUPPZ agian

I still don't have my order.

I've placed 2 orders with Suppz. Both times my debit card info was stolen and I had to cancel my card and go through a fraud review process with my bank. Proceed with caution. Coincidence... maybe, but when the account you used gets stolen within days of an order from the same vendor 2 times, well 1 time shame on you, 2 times shame on me.

Horrible experience...i placed my order on the 26th,around the 2nd i was wondering why i haven't received a tracking number so i email suppz.com and they tell me my order was under fraud review since my shipping address was different from my billing address...what..so why did nobody attempt to call me the same day of the order even the next day...then i sent them a email stating i would like a customer service rep to call me before the order was FINALLY shipped out 2 minutes latet i received a tracking number. Horrible customer service
