I have been using suppz.com for a few months now and have never had a problem until my last order. My bottle's "sealed for your protection" seal was not completely sealed when I received it. It just twisted off with the cap and so did the paper seal on top of the bottle opening. I did not blame suppz.com for this, like I said, I've ordered before and never had a problem. Just as a precaution, due to the improper sealing, I emailed customer service and within a few hours I received a response. They said I could send the bottle back and they will send out a new one. Great customer service! Thank you!
