Took a week to get in touch with someone. Nobody returned my calls. Did not get my order and the response was to talk to USPS...yeah just want I want to do...spend four hours on hold with them. Was the first and will be the last time I order from here.

Suppz was a good company with fast shipping. Something went wrong around october 2017. Since then I made three purchases (I think I must be stupid), first one at 12/3/17 second at 1/7/18 third at 2/28/18. First and second purchases LEFT THEIR FACILITY, after a lot (and I really mean a lot) of emails and facebook bashing, at 2/2/18 - meaning 2 months only for items to leave suppz. They replied saying they contacted me about missing items, with obviously was not true. My third order, #100255326, was both made and payed in full at 2/28/18. Today it is celebrating one month of "PROCESSING" state. In the meantime I sent a few emails and contacts through the contact form, all with no success. Company doesn't care about their customers, hey, I buy around U$400 a month and they don't care about me, imagine someone buying a single U$20 item. I wonder why they went from being such a good company to this chaos they are at now. I learned my lesson, will never again buy from them.

I would have given 5 stars but I live in a state that gets guaranteed 1-2 shipping. I'm on shipping day 7 and still no pre-workout.

I'm really disappointed. I placed my first order at suppz and was really happy at first when it arrived about 3 weeks later. But when i opened the parcel i had to realise that one of supplement-container was already opened and about half of the content where missing. So i tried to contact the support 2 times to ask how this could have happened and if there is an solution for that issue. But unfortunately i have never got any kind of response until today. So i guess i will have to get rid of the already opened container because i am not really sure what is in there :( That is not very customer-friendly!

Ordered Mesomorph about 5 days ago. I haven’t heard anything from their customer service about tracking so decided to email them. Sent an e-mail and the only text I got back: “This order has been cancelled and refunded.” As cold and empty as that, no explanation, no hello and no apologies! No refund yet! Thanks, very champion like! Update as of 25-DEC-17: The order was a voided so no funds were taken from my account. If you read the reply from Suppz.com they claim that they have attempted to contact me and they also claimed on my email correspondence that they had no contact information, however, on the day I ordered, I received an email confirmation to my email (which was supplied I when I ordered) and billing info also had a contact number. Ultimately, I never try to be a bad sport with reviews, but this was my honest review and my experience. They have other good reviews which convinced me to order from suppz.com in the first place but ended up with disappointment with my order. I respect their policy but simply if the billing/shipping address is different must not be a reason to cancel orders. I do order from Amazon and etc without issues and perhaps Amazon customer service and validation is a good model for them to follow. With all do respect to those guys at suppz which trying to build their business to their best in this harsh market, I do not recommend suppz if you are ordering outside the US or shipping/billing is different unless they really audit the way the handle customer service and CC fraud. Bodybuilding.com is more reliable but unfortunately they did not have the supplement I was looking for.

We were trying to get in touch because we believe the order to be possible fraud as the billing address was Ireland and the shipping was within the United States. When we had received no response at our request to verify the order we had cancelled the order. Unfortunately we deal with a considerable amount of fraud and we try our hardest to protect both our customers and ourselves.
