I am at a different location than where they receive the actually package. I get the invoice (packing slip) brought to me and I send out the emails from there. The kind of shipping method that you picked when I track the package, doesn't tell me why either so that is why I had the response I had. I hope you understand that. The product selections are awesome. They are great products and priced right. We will definitely be ordering again when our supply starts to run low.

Good products and fair price but sometimes the order never arrives. In order to get not a high shipping price, we have to accept shippings with no track. Therefore, we are not able to ask for the missing items. That's the reason I buy just small amounts and not very often.

I recently ordered a lot of Quest bars (my favs) because they had a really great price. During the order process I was also asked if I wanted a free t-shirt and samples. Of course, I said yes! When the order came, I got the bars and t-shirt, but no free samples. (Even though packing list had them listed.) Oh well...
