Prices were good but I selected the 1-2 day shipping being in MN and it took a full week to get to me.

The flavor was surprisingly good, although It felt the same as the original white cut. Also I didn't have that explosive feeling as you normally get with pre but the caffeine intake gets your wired and focused.

Sent me wrong size tee, and half zip is really thin And cheap

Tracking info never updated. Continued to say it was shipped but never updated. Contacted customer service and didn't receive a very formal response. Just an email with the updated/corrected tracking information. No 'Hello', 'sorry for the inconvenience' 'hope this helps' or 'let us know if you have any questions.' Proper etiquette when handling customer issues/complaints would be nice.

The email with the shipping number is auto generated and we apologize if it seemed informal. After speaking on the phone with you and apologizing for the delay we upgraded your shipping for free and thought this would rectified the issue. Thanks, Ty

Cost of order was over amount so i got free shipping. I did pay extra for fast shipping but it still took five days to get here. Also, i added a sample pack to my order and didn't get any. In all honesty, Suppz does great and has great prices, it sucked waiting and not getting my samples but they are good people and that is more important. If you read this, don't let it change your mind on ordering, sometimes things happen. This is the first time i have had any issue and I've ordered at least 10 times

It has been over a week and I have still not received my order. I was really excited to find suppz. I originally was going through bodybuilding.com, but was shopping other deals online. Bodybuilding.com charges a dollar more for shipping and my items usually only take 3 to 4 days. I like suppz, but the shipping will definitely discourage me from using the site again.

3 stars only cuz I placed samples into my cart before check out and the samples were not shipped along with my order.
