I started to buy from your site two years ago because of some good reviews that I read in the web. I bought 12 times and I was happy with your treatment up till then. But the last order was the worst business that I have already done in all my life. April 1st I tried to ordered but your web site was not working out as usual. My order was not completed and no confirmation e-mail was sent to me like "New order #1000..." or "Thank you for your order". So I kept on trying 5 times but nothing. The next day I would try again but all the five attempts had been processed. BUT NO CONFIRMATION E-MAIL WAS SENT TO ME UP TILL TODAY. It's not necessary to be very smart to deduce that the blame was yours. I e-mailed suppz. The answer? "I'm sorry for this". Customs not allowed 3 of those 5 orders. I e-mailed CS and Returns. Nobody answers anymore. I am not able to do anything else. My hands are tied. So SUPPZ doesn't mind. The bill of my cred card was $1,000.00 and the interest of it is 14% in my country. Tell me how can I write good things about suppz? I can't do that. I'm a honest person. Unfortunately I can't say the same about you. Suppz said customer's opinion matters to them. So my opinion is: I WILL NEVER BUY FROM SUPPZ AGAIN. (I ordered 1 Condense, 1 Optimen, 1 Vitamin C 250 caps, 2 Milk Thistle, 4 Revolution. Total $ 200,00 each of them.)
