Hi, Usuallys Suppz.com sends the product and declares it as "Gift" and value "US 15,00". Brazilian Customs it is not accepting this anymore. They are literally adopting the value as "US 60,00" for any product and calculating the tax using it. So I would like to suggest you to declare the right value, and put a name of a person (maybe Kathy) instead of Suppz.com as the sender. Best regards, Renan
