could declare the gift packages and not to mention the order value, not to be taxed at customs

Like I said, usually good experiences with this site. Love the quick shipments, the variety, the free samples, and the great prices, but I think their stock may not meet the demand of their promotions; or so it would seem. A couple weeks ago they were running a promotion on Yellow Bullet + a free bottle of Methylzene for 39.99. I got the email in the morning, and was busy throughout the day, and figured I'd order late at night anyway to get the stuff shipped out the following morning. When I hit the Suppz site, the promo was out of stock: Both Yellow Bullet 39.99 & Methylzene. Pokin' around the store, I came across Yellow Bullet EXTREME 34.99. I figured cool, I'll give this stuff a try, it's more potent and costs less than YB (regular). My only loss would be the free bottle of Methylzene. A few days later my shipment comes in, and what do I get? A bait-and-switch! In my envelope was a friggin' bottle of Yellow Bullet (regular)! I was in my car at the time, and was so furious, I threw the bottle across the dash that it bounced all over the place, til it landed in the backseat. After calming down, I realized I was just shipped a 39.99 bottle of pills for only 34.99. So I kept my mouth shut and didn't initiate a return. In the end I would have preferred YB Extreme, but even more, I really wanted that Methylzene promo. What doesn't make sense is: why say you're out of stock on a product, and then accidentally send it out?

The pricing was good. I saved a few bucks on my order. It took about a week to get my order delivered. When I finally got it, my order was wrong. I'll probably stick to my previous supp company. Got a free shirt-but the 2X I got fits like a medium, real tight.

REQUEST IS NOT ENOUGH AND IT IS ALREADY 80 DAYS !!!

It took a while but I got the product, the only problem is that the product was taxed in the same amount I paid. I think the packaging of the mail should not describe the product to prevent it being taxed incorrectly.

I've ordered with suppz before and usually have had perfect transactions. Last time I ordered multiple things, all of which said in stock. I immediately got a confirmation and two shipping confirmations, both with the same tracking number. One package arrived the next day and one took over a week after the first arrived because, once I contacted them, they told me one item was back ordered. I couldn't track it because I had two identical tracking numbers. Nothing on the website showed it was back ordered and my order being all pre-workout supplements it didn't do much good for me to have one package without the other. All-in-all it's a good website, but going to the store gives a better representation of what is in stock and available.

Hello I like to buy at suppz. But peasants last two months my requests are taking too long to get over and even the delivery sometimes ... I work with some clients and am currently unable to make my deliveries on time. Besides all my requests are being taxed, (Formerly it was not). Good taking advantage of these 2 probelmas and also to inform you that with 2 to late orders that have not yet reached my recent purchases all right. If you can pay attention to the facts and give me a feedback would be very grateful.
