I ordered 3 boxes of quest protein bars First of all didnt receive my bars then i tried to contact suppz one guy picked up the phone and transfer me to another line and that line just went to voicemail and i left the message and nobody called me back I contact with the post office guys too they said they received the package but its been sent back to the suppz because of some problems in address I dont know whats going on i emailed you guys phoned you guys nobody answers anything Really bad experience i never had in my life before in ordering online

Let me just say I am more than pissed about my recent (first and last) purchase with this site. This is false advertising at its finest! First of all, the product I ordered was supposed to be the "original" jack3d pre-workout, with DMAA and Schizandrol. What i got was watered down version of its original ingredients. Didnt realize DMAA "HCL" is the ingredient they are now trying to pawn off as what was in the original. HCL is a much poorer version of the original. Also, schizandrol A has been changed to "schisandra chinesis??" Wtf!?!? Feels nowhere near the same as the original. The total cost of my purchase was $85! Granted i did pay a little extra for expedited shipping only bc i was anxious to get the original formula, which isnt sold in stores. I have wasted money in the past on the new age pre workouts and all of them are just bad. But this product takes the cake! To know that i spent double what i could have paid in stores for some poorly put together product makes me want to puke! Sadly, I had already opened the product before doing any research on its ingredients and so i am unable to receive a refund. I cant get anyone in customer service to return my calls either! This is an expensive lesson learned. NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!! My only focus at this point is to warn other potential buyers who try and buy workout supplements from this supplier. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! SUPPS.COM IS A SCAM!!!!!

not received the product

It took a week after my order to let me know yall no longer carried what i ordered. Which is funny because the reason i thought you would have it is because i received a blast on Instagram with the product I wanted in the picture.

There is no record of my request tracking, code LM214106695US's been 20 days and I am awaiting the answer, or I want my money back

I ordered a product. They called me after a few days to refund the purchase price because they did not have it in stock. Never again will I order from them, as they can not keep track of their stock. Something that would be considered fundamental.
