I ordered quest bars when they were on sale. Even though I still received them, about 30 minutes after I placed the order our account was hacked and a lot of charges were made to our card. Thankfully our bank took care of t, but now I will probably never order from the site again, unless the site adds protection to their ordering page.

I paid over $20 for 2nd day air, and the only attempt to deliver it to me was 5 days later. I then had to go to the UPS shipping warehouse to pick up my package. While I understand that UPS is partially to blame, Suppz did not ship my package in time for 2nd day air. I have tried contacting Suppz to request a refund for the shipping issue, with no luck. UPS will refund the money to Suppz, not directly to the customer.
