They don't have 24/7 support. they don't care enough, bought a key and upgraded by a couple hours 4-6 hours my spotify premium went away. And their renewal system doesn't even work

Misleading product Poor service and poor customer service. You get kicked from the families almost instantly on a lot of occasions. Declan the queen really can't be bothered to deal with a lot of his customers.

I got kicked from my account in 2.45 minutes. Poor customer service. Disappointed.

It works, can't hate on that, what I can hate on however is the bad system - generally bad staff. My renewal process didn't work so I opened a ticket on the discord server. After 6 DAYS I finally got it to work myself... After I told him I got it to work he wanted me to put a good review... Why would I support a lazy business? The advertised "24/7 support" is not true, want proof? - just read some of the replies on the reviews - "We have a life, we don't always have time" - Then why advertise that you have? Their staff is hostile and when you are looking for help they will come with short staffed answers that doesn't help you progress with the problem, I can already tell they will come with the worst reply for this review. Find another premium seller don't bother with these.

Worked for about a 2 weeks then stopped, renew process doesn’t work, support is non existent. Definitely not worth it for the 2 weeks then all the headaches associated with it.

It works for around 2 months. After that I lost access. Most of the time renewal doesn't work. Support system is pathetic. Its super slow. I lost all my playlists.

all worked great for maybe 2 months then i needed to renew, this is when all the problems started email was changed so was password so i couldn’t access my account, support wasn’t helpful and slow they promise 24/7 support, once i got access again i tried to renew and now they erased all of my playlists along with my liked songs! horrific
