Supertrip.shop is not trustworthy with their return policy as stated on their website
purchased a ring from Supertrip.shop website which is defective - there are 4 parts to the ring, but the top band 'hangs' away from the other 3 parts of the ring). I have contacted them several times with the email provided on their website. there is no telephone listed and no mailing address. They are simply ignoring my request to send back the ring and credit my account. Specifically states on their website that they will make every effort to make things right with a purchase. That apparently isn't true, as I have sent them several emails with no replies from them. I would not recommend this scam company to anybody. They are somehow connected to Shopify, but I also got no where with them, either. Beware!
