We're sorry for your experience, and that your pills never arrived. However, it shows your order was marked "Delivered April 20th at 4:18 P.M. - Met Customer" by UPS overnight. Hi Mickey, we checked and confirmed your subscription was cancelled. Note, we do not have the ability to create subscriptions. Our team can only pause, skip, or cancel. Rest assured your subscription is inactive and you won't be billed again.
