You should have received two emails confirming the refunds from authorize.net We hope in the future UPS will get there act together. Remember, in order to receive your package overnight, you must order before noon EST.

We're sorry about your experience. We give customers the option to get a one-time order or get savings up to 30% with a subscription. And we don't lock customers into a subscription, like other companies do.
