I HAVE CALL 📞 THEM FOR OVER A WEEK PERTAINING TO MY FATHER'S ORDER & NO HAS CONTACTED ME BE. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO THE NUMEROUS OF EMAILS I HAVE SENT. I ONLY HAVE A CONFORMATION NUMBER FROM THE ORDER. ONLY WAY I HAVE THAT IS BY A SCREENSHOT I TOOK. NO EMAIL SENT ABOUT HIS ORDER OR PAYMENT. THIS COMPANY OR WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER

Avoid this company. It’s just a scam aimed at collecting customer information. I submitted everything they asked for, and after weeks of delays and zero follow-up, it became clear they had no intention of fulfilling the order.

This company orders and bills me for a product that I did not order. I’ve never had an automatic renewal with this company. But I get product and an unauthorized credit card charge about every three months. I have to file disputes to get my money back.

This is my first refill with your company and I took my last pill today but the refill isn't scheduled to be delivered till Tuesday December 24th. That leaves me 2 days without my prescription. Hopefully next time it will be shipped sooner.

We are sorry for any delays during the holidays. We always do our best, but can't control UPS or USPS delays.

Very bad quality

Hi Fabio, as we age, some medications don't work as well, or we may need a stronger dose. If you would like to discuss, please call (800) 692-1890 or email us [email protected]. We're always here to help.

Massive scam. They’ll entice you to buy 180 pills instead of 90 at a discounted price. Once you make the purchase, they’ll only send you 90 pills and will give you an excuse as to why they need to wait until the initial 90 days are up to send you the remaining 90. They’ll never send you the rest. Good luck getting through someone in North America. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Hi Josep, unfortunately, we cannot ship large quantities of certain medications (high dosages especially). For that reason we ship them in batches. You can read about that on the product page you purchased from. If you have any further questions, please call (800) 692-1890 or email us [email protected]. We're always here to help
