SuperPhone®Reviews of superphone.io

2 words... Game Changer. Superphone has been an absolute game changer for my business. Between it's ease of use and the great deliverability, my communication and engagement with my audience has never been greater. The technical support is excellent and I've seen an immediate ROI from the product. I just wish I would've known about Superphone sooner!

I’ve been able to really grow a more personal connection with the fans of my music with SuperPhone. I’ve used it for everything from making merch sales with a quick text to inviting an audience to my livestream easily! My only problem was that you couldn’t delete contacts, but they just fixed that, too.

This platform helps me keep in contact with recent and past clients even when I am too busy to intend to my phone. I appreciate it's automation and its suggestive mass texts.

I use SuperPhone for business communications with the independent contractors I work with and I love that I am able to systemize conversations. They have both a mobile and desktop app which makes it easy for me to use wherever I am. I'm able to respond quickly and efficiently to every message. (Also, being able to send happy birthday texts to people without thinking about it is always a plus!)

For the first month I tried to do almost everything that I was doing on MailChimp but for text to A/B test and saw great results. The very first broadcast message that sent on SuperPhone received an 87% click-through rate with only a few unsubscribes. I thought it was beginner’s luck but I’m consistently seeing a 70-85% click-through on all of my broadcasts. My team also can respond manually to shipping requests or questions that people may send in about their order. Def recommended.

I love that they have both a mobile and desktop app. I apply most of my settings on the desktop and use the app when I’m on the go. I’m able to respond to my customers quickly when I’m out of the office.

As a trusted Influencer, Brand, Consultant, and Technologist, I only share platforms with my Audience & Clients that I trust. SuperPhone is one of the core platforms that I know, love, and trust. At a time where everyone was trying to shift online due to COVID19, I was focused on creating a deeper relationship with my audience and clients. I simply wanted to serve them in a higher and authentic capacity. SuperPhone allowed me to achieve that and so much MORE! I've shared SuperPhone with my Audience and Clients. I've shared how the platform has truly shifted and pivoted my brand & business not just from a monetary perspective but from a relationship perspective as well. Without SuperPhone, I would have been another brand or business trying to take advantage of COVID19. Instead, my Audience and Clients have become closer to me, my revenue has increased tremendously and that wouldn't be possible without SuperPhone. I highly recommend it for your brand and business.
