superphone has been amazing for me just being able to connect directly with fans without jeopardizing my personal info to potential threats lol i wish there were more tutorials on how to use all these features (although customer service is great and you can just ask im sure lol) but i love it and the price-point is wonderful

I looked at a bunch of platforms but most of them used shortcodes and did not offer two-way texting. SuperPhone uses longcodes and allows me to respond to everyone in individual or broadcast messages. Texting #SAVE20 to 232343 is a horrible user experience for my business. My customers appreciate that there is a real person on the other end of that 347 NYC area code. Even when they receive the automated responses, it feels like a real person to them.

Certainly turned my phone book into a Smartphonebook.. And they are consistently updating app for a better experience
