the company allowed me to try the product for 60 days. Even though I did go all the way to 60 days, it still had no promising effects. The company issued refund to my credit card as promised.

I have had some really bad experiences…
I have had some really bad experiences with some other companies with subscriptions that were very rude and resisted cancelling a subscription. The worst is the Wall Street Journal! I was pleasantly surprised with your company's easy going cancellation policy. Also, Elaiza, customer support agent ID# 114 was very to me nice, professional and had a great personality! Thank you!
