Email professionalism could have been a little better other than that no problems.

I have used Superior Funding several times and never had an issue. The one thing I would suggest for improvement is that they have a way that customers can log in to their account to see balance owed and make additional payments if they choose to.

The interest is high but the process is very is and simple. I just hate when u refinance it takes so much so I get so little back but again when you gotta do what you gotta do the money helps you out

The loan was easy to get, and the customer service was wonderful, all the reps are very helpful and patient. But the interest rate was too much. I was in a tight spot I I got the loan and refinanced it a few times Before I was finally able to pay it off. If you get it, don’t refinance because it’s gonna cost you wayyyy more than if you just pay off the 1000. The payments are affordable, but think about the long Term of getting the loan and not just whatever is making you consider it. But the customer service is unmatched 👌
