Disappointing Experience with Superior Funding
I had high hopes for Superior Funding based on their promises of quick and easy loans, but my experience was anything but that. The application process was confusing, and despite providing all the requested documents, I faced constant delays with little communication. When I reached out for updates, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It took over a week to hear back about my loan, and by then, I’d already sorted things out elsewhere. The whole ordeal felt disorganized and stressful—definitely not the fast solution they advertise. I expected better from a company targeting government employees like me.

I apologize for your dissatisfaction. However, we were closed all of last week, Monday for the holiday and the rest of the week due to inclement weather. While this is unusual for us, unfortunately it is the case. We are currently catching up on our emails and voicemails. We did have an automatic reply email going out that was updated each day to keep our customers informed.

Refinancing has been a hassle
Refinancing has been a hassle. They have decided they need to see my current paycheck deposit . Even though I use 2 accounts. There is nothing on their website or emails that state they need to see payroll deposits. They make up rules as they go. It is not a typical payday loan. I set up an allotment and have been timely for over a year the zero issues in a stable government job. They just made up a rule.

I got approved for a loan but when it…
I got approved for a loan but when it came time where I needed extra information from superior funding, nobody has been picking up the phone. I’ve literally called off of 3 different phone numbers trying to find out what’s going on I’ve had no response at all.

I literally got denied for being out…
I literally got denied for being out with covid which took up alot of my leave, causing me not to meet their requirements. Which means if i never caught covid i would of been approved thats nuts. I sent them proof and everything still denied.

We require a minimum combined paid leave balance of 16, with no negative leave balances. The minimum leave balance is required to ensure that should you be off for a reasonable amount of time you will have ample leave to use to cover our payment that would be set up as an allotment in your payroll system. You are welcome to reapply when you can meet our requirements. We thank you for your time. PAY STUBS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: *NET PAY OF $700 OR MORE *NO LEAVE WITHOUT PAY OR ANY TYPE OF TIME OFF WITHOUT PAY *NO MORE THAN 32 HOURS of LEAVE USED *MINIMUM COMBINED PAID LEAVE BALANCE OF 16 (no negative leave balances)
