My order took forever to process and there was no communication for a week after I placed it. I had to send an email 3 times to even find out if it was ever going to ship. When I finally got an answer only 2 colors were available - why list it on your website if it's not available? By time I found out, I couldn't find the color and size I needed anywhere else in time.

The spanks we ordered were not true to size and ran very small and we were not allowed to exchange them. Very disappointed.

Never Received I was excited to use Superior Cheer, because I heard a lot of wonderful things from other coaches concerning their poms arriving quickly and with good quality. That is what I needed. However, when I went to check my email for tracking information after receiving an order confirmation days prior, I found nothing. Then days later, my account reflected that the order had been cancelled. I still have not received an email from them, so I am assuming that the poms were not in stock although the website said they were. Others have had great experiences; it just was not mine.

Very frustrating experience. It took three orders until the size was correct. They shipped the right size but their sizing directions were incorrect and instructed us to order based on "street shoe size". My daughter wears between a 4-4.5 in street shoe size and we ended up with a size 6 on the final pair and even those are still pretty tight. I requested the company provide some concessions given all the money I spent on shipping between ordering shoes and having to send them back because of their incorrect size guidance. They refused and as a result I will never do business with them again.

Disappointed Customer I ordered cheer skirts on the 8th of September and thought I was done with all my orders. I chose the express 2-day shipping which was an extra $110 dollars which should have indicated the urgency in which I needed the skirts. I was sent an email the next day stating that Superior Cheer were out of stock for all skirts. I was not expecting this to happen so I did not check my email. I should have received a phone call from a representative notifying me that the order could not be filled seeing that Express shipping was selected. The site should have been updated more timely so that the order would not have ever been placed. Now I am scrambling to find skirts AGAIN. I just wish a greater effort had been made to inform me that the order was never filled TWO WEEKS AGO. After I called them, they did refund my money-still not the desired outcome but thankful they promptly canceled my order. Lesson learned.

Have received NO notification of shipping or anything. No idea when order is coming. It would be nice to have some communication since you are asking for communication from me.

Was sent what must have been a returned pair of shoes. Shoes were fine but the color cards were for another pair of shoes and worthless to us.

This review is not a remark on Lori (representative who helped me) rather a review on some poor business practices. I ordered an in-stock single cheerleading uniform with ample time to arrive to me in time for a theatrical production. The order processed, payment confirmed, got a confirmation email with order #. I called today to follow up on the status because I never received tracking information. For some reason the order was put on hold, cancelled, or there was an issue. Lori could not tell me exactly because she was given insufficient access to more details. I now have to wait till Monday (today is Friday) to even find out if the uniform is in limbo, shipped and arriving, or order got cancelled. We open our production on Tuesday, so now it is just too late.
