Thank you for your review. Many name brand products ship direct from their respective warehouses. We are not always notified of stock issues until we order a specific item. Because of supply issues and low quantities, they may sell out of a size by the time we contact you, receive approval on the size change, and get back to them. I apologize for the inconvenience. With this item shipping direct from this manufacture's warehouse we must request tracking information from them, as they are not currently connected to our shipping/tracking system. We hope to improve this in the future so we do not have to rely on a reply back from a vendor to provide you with tracking information. Thank you for your review. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days and transit time to your local is usually 2-3 business days.
