Thank you for your review. This item ships from the manufacturer so we do not send tracking information on that, perhaps that was another package from a different company you were tracking. The manufacturer is having supply issues with the product. The item, less the handle, delivered to you on 8/25. You are welcome to return this product for a merchandise refund. Thank you for your review. While this item is generally in stock, it does ship direct from Champion. We cannot stock all items in our central warehouse. Unfortunately, Champion had not notified us of the stock issue prior to you contacting us. We are awaiting confirmation from Champion that they have cancelled the order request. As stated during our phone conversation, we were unable to make stock during 2020 due to our manufacturing plant being forced to shut down for many months due to the pandemic. This greatly affected stock for this year, with not only our supply but with many companies within our industry. We apologize that we sold out of the item you requested.
