Well I ordered 50 Pom poms for our…
Well I ordered 50 Pom poms for our cheerleaders they order was confirmed and that I should hear back with an email in 3 days. I didn’t even get a call, message, or email that my order wasn’t going to be fulfilled. I had to call and see how come I haven’t an email or package. Y’all said it wouldn’t be filled until December. I had to ask for a refund it wasn’t even offered.

Thank you for leaving us a review. Due to supply chain issues, we are running out of inventory on items that would typically be fully stocked at this time. While we do our best to update our website as soon as we know of an outage we don't always get notified before an order gets through on the web. We do recommend that if you are needing an order shipped right away that you call our sales team at this time, and we have noted to do so on our website. Ordered Poms that the website said were…
Ordered Poms that the website said were in stock. Paid for $44 for 3 day shipping. Waited a week with no response from Superior Cheer. Called and was told they will not be available till after winter. Terrible customer service.

Ordered almost a month ago
Ordered almost a month ago, haven’t received most of the items I have ordered. No one from customer care has gotten back to me for almost 2 weeks now. Season is almost completely over and I ordered at start of season. The one item that did ship out to me was received quickly. But the rest of the items no where to be found. Would appreciate a response.

Poor sizing and doesn't refund freight
I ordered shoes for my daughter, following the instructions that they provided online and when they arrived they were far too small. The company requires an RA number (clearly disclosed) but will only refund the shoe price. They charge for the shipping and then you have to pay to return the shoes. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone trying to but shoes online.

Due to the rising costs of shipping prices, it is not economical to cover all shipping costs unless the return is covered under a manufacturing defect or a shipping error, but we have dropped our restocking fee to negate some of the costs for our customers.
