SuntanningstoreReviews of suntanningstore.com

this order was great. there was an issue with the shipper (NOT suntanningstore.com), and the problem was quickly resolved. many thanks for great service!

I ordered some bulbs for my tanning bed and I got an email from Amanda stating there was a better way to get my bulbs making them more cost effective. She wasted no time reaching out and helping me and most companies wouldn’t bother to do that. 10/10 recommend and Amanda is simply wonderful.

As someone completely clueless about my tanning bed these guys made it super easy to find what I needed & shipped quickly too! 24 bulbs packaged PERFECTLY for the trip, not a scratch!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRICING & PRODUCTS! June you are truly a gem! 💎 I called and you helped me order last minute because I was in a bind. In addition, I left a message and you called me back in less than 10 minutes. Today, I called again and you helped me again within minutes! As a business owner for over 15+ years, I truly appreciate your service and working with this company. I won’t ever need to look for any products or machines from anyone else as I believe in giving my money to companies and people such as THE TANNING STORE! June, you need a BIG RAISE! Oxox Kelly

Customer service was outstanding, Amanda guided me through the process of what I needed for my particular bed.

Suntanningstore.com is a fantastic, efficient, and easily accessible store for all your phototherapy needs. I ordered the Radiance 9000 lamps to outfit a functional standup unit for my apartment. Amanda has been incredibly responsive to my inquires for customer support. The lamps came VERY fast and while one lamp was shattered upon delivery, it was promptly replaced in a few days. I cannot wait to try more lamps from them in the future. I highly recommend acquiring lamps and products from suntanningstore.com!

I highly, highly recommend this company! I reached out to so many others, but they all wanted to call me—and I wasn’t ready to buy yet. I just wanted to chat through messages. These guys answered every question I had, from the bed to the setup, without any pressure. I won’t be purchasing until July, but when I do, I’m getting everything from them. They went above and beyond, no call needed—just perfect!

Your company had some of the best prices. When you said that it would take at least 6 weeks more to get the lamps I ordered, you came up with an equivalent to that lamp. I needed 24 lamps. When they arrived within 3 days I was pleasantly surprised. Only to find out that I had ordered the wrong lamps. I ordered bi-pin. Oops my mistake. You quickly let me know that I could order a conversion, to be able to keep the lamps. When they arrived 3days later I installed them and my lamps worked perfectly. My original order came with 1broken lamp, I reached out again and they shipped me the replacement. All within 3 days. Now everything is great. I couldn’t ask for a better company to do business with. And I’ll definitely be telling other people about your company. Thanks again The suntanning Store.
