Like many others on here I fell for the beautiful pictures of the Harry Potter board game costing £33.08. My son loves harry potter and I was looking forward to giving him this for christmas. The pictures do not give the true representation of size. The board is tiny suitable only for a family in the borrowers. There are pieces missing and there is no box that allows you to store cards, dice, and cards that are available. There are no instructions. You raise a concern about quality and are told the company are happy with quality. I received an initial offer of 3 USD then 6 USD. the company website advertises a money back guarantee if not satisfied. When I reminded them it is customer not their satisfaction that needs to be met they have supplied a return address. Apparently I will receive a refund after shipping if I meet all the criteria, ship properly and get it passed through customs. Dilemma now, should I return? Will they refund? Do I take the loss of £33.08 or chance paying a further £8 to return Sadly I did not use PayPal. Wish I'd looked at trust pilot first. Please do not buy harry potter monopoly unless you want an expensive disappointment!!

I am also one that ordered Harry Potter. Monopoly has no pawns, houses or castles. not even enough money to play with. The board is very small, 8 / 8. Paid $47 and they want to give me 6 back and keep the board saying it would cost more to send it back. Fighting with him in PayPal, hopefully something gets resolved. That's the way it works. Probably no refund, so do not order from this company. I have seen a few other post reviews about this. And I have the same one as the other people.This place is not trustworthy.

No stars. Harry Potter Monopoly - Absolute rubbish, I so wish I had read all of these reviews before I parted with my money. Not cheap either but the item definitely was. I could have printed off better on my own home printer! Am looking into getting my money back but not sure how easy this will be. There are so many bad reviews about it on here there must be something we can do! Extremely angry!

Zero stars! Ordered Harry Potter Monopoly game, which arrived after a month. It is a tiny board, cheap poor quality cards, only 6 coins and 2 dice. No playing pieces, no property cards, no buildings. I emailed straight away to request a refund and was told there is nothing missing from the game, then fobbed off with an offer of $3 as a gesture, followed by an offer of $5. They didn’t offer any further options to return the game or get a refund. The listing on their website has now disappeared. I have opened a case on PayPal, hoping they can help get a refund as I paid out nearly $50 for scrap. Avoid this company! Update…through PayPal, the company have offered a full refund but I’ve had to post the parcel back to china, cost £7.71 with Evri. I’ll update when/if the refund comes through.

Bought the Harry Potter board game from this rip off company, like the other reviews I have been totally ripped off and after 3 days of being filled with bulshit by some muppet on email I know I'm not going to be getting a refund. Please do not buy anything from this rip off site , I won't call them a company because they simply are not one .

Buyer Beware!! This company is downright horrible! I tired to cancel my order initially a few days after ordering. Unfortunately it had shipped already. They suggested I wait & decide once I received the product. It took 3 weeks to receive, and cost $9.99 in shipping. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the product. It was Harry Potter Monopoly for leprechauns. I contacted them the day I received it and asked to return it. As a sign of goodwill, they could offer compensation of $4 USD. I told them I couldn't believe they would offer $4 USD for something that cost me $43.97 USD. Then I expressed I would never purchase anything they represent on social media and would warn others of their shady customer service practices. Then received a follow up email that shipping to return it might cost a lot. Would I accept $6 USD as compensation and keep the product. What a joke!! I wouldn't want to put them out. I understood that customer service & satisfaction is unheard of these days. Here is your proof!

Do not buy from this merchant. The monopoly board I purchased was only 8 x 8 inches and is laughable in quality. The company will not refund the purchase. I will be contacting Paypal for a refund.

I read this review which someone else posted. This is so true. Going through the same problem. Also, received mine on November 8. Going to contact PayPal also. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! DO NOT USE! Harry Potter monopoly, tiny, no pieces, no property cards, no money, no houses, no counters. Clearly just printed off. Total SCAM. Have to return to China to get refund. Reported to PayPal and pointed into the direction of Trust Pilot to read reviews (the positive reviews are clearly written by people from the company), they said they will look to part ways with the company after investigation.
