Ordered an expensive pair of Jurassic Park Croc sandals 2 months ready for Christmas, the tracking stated they came to UK 6 weeks ago, then went to Wales, where they apparently haven't moved since - refused request for refund as I'd wanted them for a Christmas present. FULL ON SCAMMERS - taking money and not delivering the goods. Reporting to the Better Business Bureau and UK Trading Standards. as someone has to stop people stealing money with false pretences.

Bought a item over a month ago and still says in transit. Sent request to cancel and refund my money . And still waiting . BEWARE. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM

I hate giving a 1. Places my order in October it's now December 9th no product nothing. Won't give refund either. Seems like something could be done. Wished I had seen reviews prior to ordering. Such a scam. Just got an email letting me know quote words " like it or not " i was waiting another month plus and was not getting money back if I got them in mail or not.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAUGE. Ordered novelty advent calendar on 23Oct. Order confirmation states express delivery 7-12 days, so plenty of time for delivery before Dec. Its now 04Dec and STILL NOT DELIVERED. Tracking updates stopped and keep getting BS from company. Have requested refund as in breach of sales contract, but no response from Customer Services.

My item has never recieved, the tracking updates have stopped, this company is a total scam, please avoid. Other positive reviews on here are fake. Requested a refund. Shocking!

Total SCAM!!!!!! Ordered over a month ago. Every time I ask for tracking updates they say they’re just sending me another one. I asked for a refund and now they’re saying they’ve asked the shipper to expedite the package.

Ordered snow globe 29 October with a 5 to 7 days delivery. It's been 32 days and item no where to be found. This company is a scam and a ripoff. I was told by email it was coming Iceland when in all actuality it's some place Fujian China.

Been waiting since I ordered on the 5th October for my product and still waiting. Website says 20 days delivery which is reasonable, I've way passed this now any emails just apologies and gives me an update on my tracking (there may be a delay) umm we'll it's not been updated since 7th November. Can't see a refund happening.wont be buying again as was hoping this would be here for Christmas I have had to make other provisions now
