Ordered the Jurassic crocs. Like everyone else, stuck in an area and never moves. Been "in the uk" for 2 weeks now. Contacted PayPal to issue a refund for this scam.

I have tried on numerous times to try to get help tracking my package.it has been stuck in Texas since Dec 8. When I try to contact Sun singers their website won't accept my e-mails. Like many others I ordered the Jurassic Park Dino crocs that don't seem to really exist. Very disappointed since this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I will never buy from them again. I believe its a scam. Take your money, and get nothing in return. Thankfully I have a great credit card co who returned my money and will deal with Sunsingers.

I placed the order on November 5 and still have not received. Tracking does not work, only answer I get is sorry about the wait and it said shipping was 12 to 20 days.

Ordered on 21st Oct to UK. 19th Nov tracking showed in Belfast and item never arrived. Contacted them on 25th as no updates and got told they had resent it. Repeatedly asked for a tracking number which they couldn't give me. Asked for a refund and was told I couldn't have one as it had been sent. Went to PayPal and was able to get my money back. Clearly a scam company. Do not use.

Same thing as everyone else below. Order the DinoCrocs as a gag gift for my boy friend. Said it was shipped been in Kansas City since 12/13/24 with no tracking update and Ive checked global tracking companies and my tracking number "isnt found"

If I could give them zero stars I would but I placed an order on October 28th and stopped receiving tracking updates on November 24th. I have sent multiple emails and the only response I got was that they can't control the shipping process and that they will reach out to the shipping company and have them update tracking of my package which never happened and I still haven't received any updates to this date(December 18th). It's been almost 2 months since I placed my order and I still haven't received my package or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM SUNSINGERS THEY WILL TAKE YOUT MONEY AND AND NOT HELP YOU WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM

Company claims purchased item shipped, no updates about delivery. The only response i receive about status, is a rubber stamp response. Lacking real customer service.

Poor customer service!! Ordered 2 NFL Stove Lamps at the end of September 2024. Still hasn't arrived. When reaching out to request a refund, they said they were unable to because items were already sent. There is no updates on the tracking site as of November 24th, which stated it was in Honolulu. Definitely a scam. I wouldn't advise ordering anything from this company
